GUEST TESTIMONIALS

“Cosy hotel, nice location, great staff.” - Luck that I found this hotel in the internet! Nice place to stay, just a five minute walk to the underground on Marble Arch/Oxford Street. Easy to get around by bus or taxi also. Charming street and hotel. Even though we stayed at the upper floor (5th with no elevator) the staff carried our bags so it was only a problem when we arrived tired after walking during the hole day. Anyway, having tea/coffee with biscuits in the room made my tired feet happy after that. Nice breakfast and comfortable beds.

“comfortable place to stay in Marble Arch area”Friendly staff takes care of you as well as the hotel. Triple ensuite had adequate space for the two of us and our things. The room was kept clean and in working order. Breakfast was good, quick and eggs made to order each day. Great location, close to tube and bus pick up, makes it a fine place to get up and go sightseeing and shopping. If you're looking for a reasonable, good home base in Marble Arch area this is the place to stay.

“A very pleasant stay in London” - After running around through the crowded streets of London the hotel is a perfect place to relax and recover. Fix yourself a cup of tea, lean back and take it easy in your warm , quiet and cosy room. And if you want to go out at night again - it's just a short walk to Marble Arch or Baker Street underground stations. For those who love shopping - Primark, the shopper's paradise in Oxford Street is close by. If you take the Easy bus from and to Stansted airport, the bus stops are in walking distance.

The location of the hotel was great, short walk to Oxford road, short taxi drive to Shafstbury ave -theatre area. We didnt expect a seating area with sofa and coffee table in a family room -which was a bonus. Plenty of hot water - even with 4 people showering in succession. Hotel was full but we never heard any other guests -and our room was right by the entrance door. The traffic was non stop throught the night but thats London! go and stay in the country if you want total quiet! Breakfast was well cooked, and plentiful, service was excellent. Bathroom  was spotless - as were beds. Great little hotel for a city break.

Staff very welcoming and informative. Room en-suite, lovely and warm in this freezing weather, comfortable bed, tv, coffee making facilities, fresh towels. Excellent choice of English or Continental breakfast. No noise from outside so peaceful night's sleep. Will certainly stay again, hoping to visit London early next year. Will recommend to friends.

We stayed at this hotel the week before Christmas. We were made welcome by a nice polite recepcionist and he let me see the room before I paid. The room was warm and a decent size. The beds were comfortable and in the room we had a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities, clean towels and soap. The room was cleaned daily and clean towels were replaced when we wanted them. The breakfast was good, cereals, toast, croissants, etc and if you wanted a cooked breakfast you could order it. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and nice. I would stay here again if I returned to London...:-) Excelent value for money.

Great Value and Excellent Location Very helpful staff, good sized room for the price (I chose a 'superior' room) and as it was at the side/back of the hotel it was wonderfully quiet - no street noise at all! The room even had its own air conditioning unit, fan and full size fridge. The only criticism would be that the bath towels were a bit small. Would definately use this hotel again.
